Useless garbage!!
I've been using the Garmin 360 to navigate my service truck for two weeks.
Bad product, worse service.
I received a roadmate 360 as a gift.After a long road trip, I realized that many major established streets in different cities were missing in their software. While driving on an Interstate, the map showed me driving on the service road and through a park instead of I40. A call to Magellan customer service center connected me with a scriptbot in India who couldn't comprehend my explanation of the problem. He told me that I would have to wait for an update before the problems are fixed on my brand new unit. He told me I would have to pay for an update even though the box says no fees ever. I was a little irritated and called Magellen headquarters in California and explained to the operator that I wanted to speak with someone in the US who could understand English and help me. She said just a moment and transferred me to India. I called back to CA and was sent to a corporate relation person in the US named Diane Farley at extension 1-800-669-4477 #5024, I left a message and she never called back. I called back and asked for Diane's supervisor, the operator told me she couldn't tell Diane's supervisors' name, bust slipped anyway and said her name is Chris. She said Chris is out for the week and I can't talk to her.

I just purchased a refurbished unit for and out of the box, the Roadmate 360 just simply works.It's really easy to use.I was incredibly surprised at how easy it was to use.

Great GPS if it's what you are looking for
This GPS comes with 5 bare wires that you have to hook up to power and a serial port plug yourself. It has a PPS (Pulse Per Second) output on one of the wires for time synchronization applications (the serial interface and USB versions are missing that).

Great device for learning to fish
Got this as a gift for Christmas when I was shopping with the wife at BassPro here in Orlando.I had been researching these units for a few days after reading about one online.The fact that I could cast out from the shore appealed to me so I chose one of the smartcast models.BassPro had the RF10 on sale and the R15 was the price I had expected the R10 to be so I went with the R15.It includes grey scale and water temp as part of the upgrades from the R10 series.
