Not bad but not the greatest
Very hard to use with direcTV since you have to have the reciever box in order to change channels. volume is really low when you watch tv so you have to turn it up really loud and scares the hell out of me when I get an instant message cause its soo loud. The video quality is average its not sharp and crisp. Also has a really slow reaction speed. When i control the DirecTV reciever it takes about 3-4 seconds for it to show on screen which at times is very annoying. The recording quality is so so when i watched a playback there were horizontal lines everywhere and was a little bit blurry. And on DirecTV you cant choose shows that you want to record becuase you have to set it to the channel the show is on and then set the time you want it to record because you can't control the channels from your computer. You basically set it on channel 3 then set the channel on the reciever.As for the software, cant even use guide plus becuase its not cable.

Excellent addtion to Windows Media Center PC
I added this card to a Windows MCE 2005 machine that I built, and I'm very pleased with the results.Live TV and recordings are clear and sharp, radio playback is good, and the remote, which works through walls (I'm using it about 25 feet away), works fine with MCE 2005, and some of the buttons are customizable.
IS NOT SUPPORTED BY MS WinXP MCE 2005
Just bought this card since I did not notice it was not in the list of supported cards on MCE site. Will return it tomorrow.

Not compatible with HDMI
This card has DVI output, but does not work with an HDMI TV. HDMI is DVI video plus copy protection plus audio. ATI did not say why it didn't work, but they "escalated" the problem to see if there was anything they could do. Never heard back from them. Doing some research I think the problem is their implementation of DVI does not output HDCP (the copy protection scheme built-in in HDMI). My PowerBook's DVI output works just fine with the same cable/adaptor and TV so I know for sure the problem is the card. I had to return this card as it was intended to be used with my big screen TV.

Briliant
An absolutely briliant set of headphones, crystal clear, usb adapter which can be very useful, and durable. The mike is perfect and the suround audio is amazing. A absolute for any gaming pro, or just a briliant set of headphones for audio junkies.

Great sound quality; hurts to wear them!
I use these for Skype teleconferences and World of Warcraft. While the audio quality of the mic is great and the headphones is quite good, the pressure on my ears makes them unbearable to wear after an hour. I'm tempted to just wear them around my neck to use the mic and plug in $10 earphones for my longer meetings.

PC165-USB Pro Gaming Stereo Headset
I upgraded from 2 logitech headsets. 1 a 15 dollar and the other a 20 dollar. I bought this on tiger direct and man if this isn't the best headset I have ever had. The mic is excellent, because I compete in leagues and tourneys I am in ventrilo everything is so loud I actually had to turn the inbound down to 2 and the outbound to -2. Man what a killer mic. disabling onboard video
there are many ways of disabling onboard video cards. 1st disable the bios for the onboard vid. card. Then enable the slot you put your video card in.

Works great... No issues...
I needed a card to process (decode in this case) an mpeg2 stream from my tv tuner, which does mpeg2 encoding. At 25 bucks, I had nothing to loose - bought it, installed it... And it just worked. I can do 480x480 -> 1024x768 (4:3 OTF conversion / scale) with only 25% cpu usage on an AMD 1400 Mobile @ 800Mhz. I've also tried 1920x1080p HD, but you need seriously more power for that kind of work.
THE WORST CARD YOU'LL EVER BUY
I am actually quite apalled with this product. After buying it a year ago because it was pretty cheap, No more than 4 DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE, I purchased a Silent Hill game, and the graphics card was NOT compatible. I thought to myself, "fine..maybe it's just this one game", But the more games I would purchase, the more those games wouldn't work...
Wow! The best investment I've made!
Don't listen to anyone else! This card is the best! I am an average gamer and always used integrated video. After getting this, my games are so much better. This card runs well with even complex games like flight simulator 2004. It runs the game smoothly. Also, you can connect your PC to your TV using the S-Video output. It took me less than 10 minutes to set up and play. All you do is plug it in and install the drivers. The only thing they could improve on is to add two VGA slots for their advertised "nView" dual moniter function. Otherwise, its a great investment for any computer. You need this card
This ethernet combo card was the best investment I've made to my older PC yet!I've been stuck with USB 1.0 for long enough and I did not have an empty slot!So, I replaced my ethernet card with the SIIG JU-2NE012 and turned on my PC.That is it!Windows found the card and all is well.If you are in the same position as me, go for it; you will thank yourself!

Best PCI video card I have ever used.
If you need a PCI video card for any reason, get this one.It is stable, works great with ATI drivers, and is amazingly fast.It seems to perform as well as my old ATI AGP card, which I had to retire when I switched to an nForce4 PCI-E motherboard.

This video card installed without any problems. It was needed to play a new game. Works great.

You can hook up two monitors to this, and if you already have a graphics card like me you can get a three-monitor system. The monitor connected to the s-video port is great, however on the DVI port (that can also connect with s-video monitors with the included adapter) the only resolutions available are 800x600 0r 1024x768. Does not work!
I purchased this card and had to return it. It did not work on my computer. Service personnel could not help me and they do not speak clear English. This is the second SMC 2532 W-B card that I had had to return.

SCM wireless card for laptop
This card allows me to attach an extrnal antenna which gives me a good to very good signal which was a low to very low signal.

Bad customer service
I have a number of computers and wireless cards (Linksys, Netgear, etc.), but could not get this one to work with any of my notebooks. I called customer service, and they were rude and useless. crappy performance, beware two product versions
I bought one of these about a year ago. Note that there were two versions of the DUB-C2 made, and the revision A1 was more or less abandoned by D-Link with horrible drivers and very poor compatibility. The revision A2, however, is still supported with drivers as recent as May 2005. Make sure of what you're getting.
Nothing but trouble
This D-Link DUB-C2 cardbus adapter for USB2 but caused so many problems I gave up on it. Hours with D-Link support but card never produced USB2 speeds.
Roll the dice
This card has worked flawlessly on at least two of my friends' computers, a top-of-the-line ThinkPad and a Dell Inspiron 4000.Alas, it's a different story on mine.
