Expensive, but good
Been happy with this headset. The foam earcushions were a bit tight and brittle, so, as a public service for others buying this product, be patient and careful slipping them on. I have contacted Sennheiser and other suppliers: Nobody seems to know where I could get a replacement pair. Other than that, the headset works great and has improved my presence on my teleconferences.

Poor Product Description by Amazon
After reading the product description I was under the impression that this headset was compatible with most telephones and call center devices as it came in the box.Not so.You need to obtain an adapter for your specific telephone.No where in the description does it tell you that.
Makes the Others Look (and Feel) Like Toys
This is the first headset I've been completely happy with.Previously, I struggled with ear pads that were small and uncomfortably hard along with microphones that could not be adjusted properly.

High priced but found cheaper
These remote sets work great but dont buy them new....I purchased one on eBay for 16 dollars.

Save your money!
Heavy, Short Battery Life, Rechargeable Batteries last a couple of months then need replacing. I do not recommend this product.

Surprisingly serious shortcomings
I work on a helpdesk where our employer purchased a set of CS10s (along with a set of older-style lifters for which I cannot find a model number) to allow us to move freely about the office while taking support calls. Excellent office tool.
I purchased this headset along with the Plantronics A20 headset amplifier/accessory deck and HL10 automatic handset lifter. Highly recommend this combination of products if you spend a lot of time on the phone.

This headset with mic is really supposed to be used in an office setting (you need an adapter to convert it to a miniplug).I wanted something to help me hear better on my home cordless phone.My hearing isn't what it used to be and with 4 kids and all the room noise that goes with them, I couldn't hear the conversations well.The headset cancels out a lot of the room noise and the sound quality is excellent. This is not a cheapy unit.When I received the headset, it didn't plug into my phone, so I called the customer service.They were extremely helpful and gave me options - told me exactly which adapter I needed for my purpose.I wish they would put that on the amazon add ;).Very happy with this and glad I bought it. ... Needs An Amp!
I'm still shopping for a similar-looking set, but onethat terminates with a 2.5mm plug, compatible with cordless phones. When this unit, used, arrived it had a cord ending with the "quick-disconnect" line connector.Working with the seller, I acquired the other half of the cord. But It Terminated In a Square, Four-lead Connector, Probably Physically Compatible With Normal Household Phone Wall Jack!

My husband and I are in a Southern Rock Band and I sing backup and play the Tamborine. He recently purchased the Plantronics Encore Monaural Headset with Noise Cancelling Microphone for my birthday. Easy to install, works as advertised. I hear a bit of static from time to time and it seems that the dialer function is louder than the voice. Satisfied Second Choice
I was searching for a headset that was over the head and at a reasonable price. I couldn't find that so I settled for this one. I must say I am not disappointed with my purchase. The sound quality is good and it fits comfortably over my ear.

A Really Awful Design
I continue my search for a good hands-free telephone headset...This isn't it! I bought it along with two others (neither of which was good either) and immediately noted the problem with it. The ear piece is WAY WAY WAY too large for anyone with even a medum sized ear. It is the largest in-ear earpiece I've ever seen on a headset. It is either made for men (and it probably wont' fit some of them either) or people with really large ears. The sound quality is acceptable, but it's hard to tell how well it works because I can barely stuff it into my ear. It's hard to tell how people at the other end hear me either.Save your money on this one. ... Read more
