Editorial Review Palms Zire brand is designed primarily for consumers rather than for professionals. The first Zire was a low cost, entry level machine, this one, the second in the range, is a multimedia extravaganza. The most eye catching feature of the Zire 71, after youve noticed the sleek rounded blue casing for the hardware, is the built-in digital camera. Read more

I may not be the best judge
I may not be the best judge of the quality of this PDA but i upgraded to it from my Palm Visor. It seemed easy enough to use and the camera feature was what drew my attention THE MOST! I loved this palm it remains my favorite long after its untimely demise (my dog stepped on the LCD screen! *cries*), i even tried to find on shortly after but no where could get me one as quickly as i needed it. So i was stuck with the zire 72. Its ok, the camera quality is MUCH better on the 71, and i miss it greatly but 118 bucks to replace for an identical or 120 to fix, just wasnt worth it. I loved this palm and would recommend it to any one! (Get the plug in keyboard too! Its awesome for college note taking!)
SUPER GREAT Zire 71
the zire 71 is a great palm. i love it. it has a great battery life, and a high res. screen.(360x360) The backlight is great.the camera is amazing. also the camera has 3 different resolutions.(160x140, 360x360, or 650x480) the mp3 player is great. sound quality is awsome! I hope you get one!
It's great ... but I'm still disappointed
This is the slickest pda I've ever owned. I bought it 2 years ago because of its great color screen. My eyes are a little weak and the hi res color is so nice! That it has a built in camera was just frosting at first but I find I use it all the time now. So why am I disappointed? You can't put the darn thing it its case without it turning on and running down the battery. I don't like carrying it around unprotected or banging in my pocket. And I don't want to add to the size and weight by getting a clunky box to put it in. I know this makes me a dinosaur but I actually like the original palms the with their tough plastic case and flip top. Of course the screens were so bad I couldn't read them. Oh, well...

Good pocket pc
This is a great pocket pc it has everything I need to do my work. I would highly recomend you get this for your teenager because can help them with their school work.
You will waste your life trying to get it to work.
I bought mine in Dec 04. Like many people I thought I needed this to stay organized. The basic features worked fine (Contacts, Calendar, etc..) It's when you try to use features like Wifi, bluetooth, Nevo, Etc... that you waste hours before you get it to work properly. If you have the time you can get them to work, but I found that I never really used the wifi or any multimedia features.
Didn't want to tap anymore
My RX3115 worked like a charm. beautiful display. onboard memory is very small- buy a card and store all your stuff on it. had no problems synchronising with my regular computer. bought it in February '06 and now it won't respond to my stylus anymore. grrrr......

Editorial Review For the technophile who refuses to see the world in black and white,Palm has created the Palm IIIc handheld--a color version of the company'simmensely popular Palm III handheld. Measuring 5.06 by 3.17 by 0.67 inches andweighing less than 7 ounces, the Palm IIIc handheld is one of the smallest andlightest full-color handhelds available. Reliable
I've had this thing for at least 3 years and it just works. It does what it's supposed to and rarely locks up (usually because of some weird software I've downloaded for it) -it's easy to use, the battery has held up...I've dropped it on hard tile floors from 3 - 4 feet up and it hasn't broke yet.I have absolutely no complaints.
3 1/2 Years of Day in and Day Out Use
The Palm IIIc is by all accounts a dinosaur by today's PDA Standards. But there was a time when this was leading-edge PDA technology.Back in 2000, this was Palm's first entry into the Color PDA market (using a Palm OS). In fairness, the market and technology have truly now headed to pace where most consumers can't even keep up. However, if you aren't interested in having the latest/greatest technology, the Palm IIIc may be a true bargain if you are looking for solid PDA technology.
Still a solid value
Great, with one caveat: *very* hard to find replacement batteries nowadays -- you will eventually need one. There is only one place I know where you can order it (cheap, only $35 for a lithium ion rechargable): Read more

Best PDA!
I am sad that Sony is no longer in the PDA business. This is one of the best PDAs of its time.I've had it for several years and still use it.It combines all the features I need, plus more. The keyboard is the main reason I purchased it- very easy to use and illuminates.I also love the ability to check email and surf the web, snap quick pictures, read files, and listen to music and audiobooks. The battery life is not the best, but there are lots of accessories and there is an extended battery. It comes loaded with applications and games. The screen is a nice size.I still get questions and compliments on it!
Hoorah for the UX50!!!
Finally, a handheld that offers everything built-in that is extra with most other handhelds! Surf the net, take a picture, and play games, as well as a built-in keyboard. I LOVE this Clie.
Very nice and beautiful clamshell look but some cons

great first palmpilot!
the palmone m130 is a great palmpilot but if youve EVER owned a pda its basicly the same old same old with color and a sd/mmc slot...
Defective power switch, battery won't hold charge
I've had 2 model 130 Palms- neither was of very good quality.
Never Worked
I started out w/ a Palm M100 "back in the day" and loved it.I then "inherited" my brother's Palm IIIc, which I liked even better.Basically b/c it was color.

PERFORMS AS EXPECTED
We had a similar item on one of our wedding registries and it was still outstanding afterward. I had also read several unfavorable reviews in regard to that item, many of which stemmed form it having plastic parts.
Great thick malts!
Great malt maker! I love thick malts and this mixer works great! The mixer aerates the icecream and mixes malt in well. The mixer stand is very heavy and sturdy and looks classy. For the price it is well worth it!
Love it!
I couldn't disagree more with the previous reviewer.I purchased the Oster milkshake maker and use it almost everyday.Three of my sons love their shakes super thick...the Oster had no problem with the amount of ice cream. My other son watches his weight for wrestling, and I just put low-fat milk and a little cocoa and the Oster whips up an incredibly thick drink (usually making a glass and a half). If you put in some crushed ice with milk, it also whips up very thick and frothy.I am very pleased.

Clasp isn't so great
I like the watch itself, but the clasp isn't so great. My husband, who has two black belts in karate (the kind where you break boards and such), had to wrestle around mightily to get the clasp to close for me.I would definitely have paid a few dollars more to have a better clasp--as it is, I like the watch enough that maybe I'll get it reset....
Ladies Digital Watch
Watch is nice looking, seems to be performing well, a nd was reasonablypriced.

GRRREEEEAAAAT
I have owned my Axim for about 3 years and I love it. Sure there are better looking PDA's out there (Palm & Sony) but I have to use MS Office for work and tend to use it at home as well so there was really no alternative. That said it is a good thing!!! I use mine for e-mail and browsing although browsing can be slow due to processing power. I added a CF Wifi card which is cool, I also found an external folding keyboard and docking station on e-bay at a great price. I used to use a Psion 5 cause it had an excellant keyboard but now I use the Dell all the time. Add a 256mb CF or SD and you have storage for a shed load of songs, the media player works great!!! I also wrote a book on it last year (which was published!!) I have used it with TomTom software and GPS which worked vey well. I have also sync'd my mobile (cell) phone with it to use as a modem and back up my contacts on that via IR although bluetooth works better. My only gripe is the back-up battery can drain very quickly and i have lost all info once but now keep regulary backed up to avoid this problem.
Screen Froze and No Option to Repair
Up until recently I have enjoyed the Axim. That is, until the screen froze. It no longer responds to the stylus. I called Dell Tech Support (if you can call it that) and they told me THEY DO NOT REPAIR THE AXIM. My only two options were to trade in my existing Axim for the same model (yeah, right) which would cost me about $150, or buy a completely new pda. They don't even have a service dept. for the Axim. I couldn't believe that any company would put their name on a product and not stand behind it. DO NOT BUY DELL.
Dell Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired.
I've been reading the reviews about Dell Customer Service on Amazon and other shopping web sites.I was relieved to see that I was not the only one that has expeirenced the difficulties dealing with Dell. They continue to show a lack of organization and because of that I'm now sure they spend a lot of time apologizing to their customers.Tech support is a hit or miss depending who you talk to, if you can understand what they are saying.

The manual says THIS PRODUCT, ITS PACKAGING AND ITS COMPONENTS CONTAIN ONE OR MORE CHEMICALS KNOWN TO THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA TO CAUSE CANCER, BIRTH DEFECTS OR REPRODUCTIVE HARM.
Garmin GPS10
The bluetooth GPS device works well. The fact that it is weather resistant and has a strong magnet for holding it on the roof of your car adds to the versatility. However, the plug which weather proofs the connector socket when it is not being charged is not attached and very easy to lose. Also, the software for use with PDAs and phones does not allow you to plan a trip on your desktop or laptop and then download routes and waypoints to the phone. With that caveat, overall operation is excellent.
Great - But some of them die quickly
I've ordered about 20 of them. This is the best bluetooth GPS receiver out there. But I've had 4 or 5 of them just quit after a few uses.Garmin grumbles but honors the warranty by completely replacing the unit.GILware software is the best Windows based GPS navigation and mapping software and I use it in conjunction with these units; it is a great, easy to use setup.

Really Good Product
I really love this Ipaq it has every thing I need to do my Job with. This can really replace your laptop. But if you do buy this you will need a WiFi card to connect to the internet. Hp Job well done with this Ipaq.
wireless sdcard drains battery!! AVOID
I just thught people should know- It claims to be expandable with sd cards-while true to an extent. I purchased an expensive sd network card; now i can surf. Only for about ten minutes, because sd cards drain the battery FAST!! Now I wish I had saved up for a Dell Axim which has the network built in. My point is you get what you pay for! I hope this helps you avoid a mistake I made- thought i could save a few bucks (what a dummy don't be fooled I give the 2215 a failing grade)
battery is very bad
This product has one BIG flaw. If the battery goes dead everything is lost. The back up battery does not work. There is no way to protect yourself if you remove the battery unless you back up daily. The battery case opens often and the battery falls out. I have lost data so many times that I am replacing this product. I like all the other features. The battery problem is a deal breaker.

Franklin HW 216 IS WONDERFUL
This product is great. More parents should purchase it for their children. It gives your children the independence that they desire when doing homework and also you.
Franklin HW 216 Homework Wiz Plus
My ten year old daugther is making great use out of the Franklin HW 216. In the car on the way to school she can easily review her spelling words. The big display is great for easy spell checking and the hangman game helps with the spelling too. The problem with the device is that it is very difficult to get the very small philips head screw out of the battery lid so that the four AAA bateries can be installed. I ended after almost an hour of trying opitcal screw drivers having to drill out the screw with a fine drill. Franklin customer service says this is a problem that they are aware of and hope to re-design the battery compartment in the future.
Cooooooool!
I love this! I have had it for years and not 1 button is broken! From checking easy works (Like and or is) to tracking words that even some adults don't know you can search for almost ANY word! There is more then just word searching, you can have a word colection and play games! The is also a Calculater or Calc, with the Calc you can do a lot of different types of math! Don't tell me you are still reading this, buy it, NOW!!!
