Good stuff!
I've had this monitor for about 6 months now and I'm very impressed. Great size, refresh rates, color balance, menu items, etc. Price on these monitors is terrific as well. Only drawback is lack of height adjustablility. Pick one up for your rig!

Has Known DVI Issues; Doesn't work with Linux
Purchased this LCD Monitor for use with several machines: analog was hooked up to a PowerMac G5; DVI was hooked up to my Dell Laptop. Everything seemed to work as planned until I rebooted my laptop (dual boot configuration into Linux) and the DVI went out on the monitor. Note this happpened at the BIOS, way before the OS choice was made -- in other words it wasn't a Linux issue.
Impressive
I finally broke down and bought my first LCD monitor just recently. The ViewSonic VX2025WM 20" widescreen is very impressive. Setup was very simple. Like several people have pointed out, make sure your video card is capable of 1680x1050 screen resolution. There are many inexpensive graphic and video cards that can provide you with the necessary screen resolution option. The picture is as crisp and clear as I could have hoped for. Movies look decent and all my games have performed as I would expect. The built in speakers are nothing to write home about, but thats not why I bought the monitor. Some may find it annoying that the bezel can not be adjusted in heighth. I am fortunate in that it sits at exactly where I want it to be. I am very happy with my purchase. Doesn't Work with Magellan GPS
This adapter cord did not work with my Magellan SporTrak GPS. Magellan's own cord did not work either. This one did work with a glucose meter reader. It was twice as expensive as the two cords found that did work with the GPS unit. This one had its own configuration software and allowed for faster speeds, neither of which I need. I did return this cord for a full refund, including shipping, from Amazon.

Acceptalbe but not a great investment.
I got this free from HP when I bought a computer. I suspect HP sells these printers so cheaply because they make bigger money selling you ink.
good for light use
For the price I paid ($40) its a good all in one machine especially for me because I use it only a few times a week so it has been serving the purpose just fine for me.

HP - Bad printers, bad service, and a bad name.
Bought this all-in-one printer and the install disc was bad. Prints test page every time I turn it on. Won't print. Jobs get stuck and cannot cancel. Spoke with customer service for 1.5 hours! Yes, that long. They would not refund me and told me that I should have did a better job researching their products. They got that right. All I could get was a refurbished replacement that also performs like crap. This thing is GREAT, use with my MacBook Pro
This is a great product.I bought it on a whim because it was cheap after rebate, and absolutely love it.It cools down my MacBook Pro to tolerable levels, and is VERY QUIET.
Stay Away
I'm in the habit of sitting on my bed or sofa and using my laptop, and I bought this so I would be able to play Warcraft without burning my legs. It worked pretty well for about a year, and then the fans died. Figuring that it had been dropped or otherwise mishandled, I went out to buy another one. It died after a month. Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. I went back to using my senior yearbook as a heat shield rather than buying a third. It gets two stars instead of one because it actually kept my computer (and my lap) comparitively cool...still, you'd be better off cooling your laptop with a ziplock baggie full of ice.

I have had this Chill Pad for about 4 days now. It arrived as advertised. It made a huge difference in cooling off my laptop. The Two fans works great and silent. best prints I have ever seen
Easy install, no need to install any overbloated software. Great printouts on glossy and matt photo paper. Read the Manual on solving color managment problems if you use Photoshop CS2 so that what you see on the monitor is what you get. If you use Photoshop Elements it has a setting just for the epson R1800. Prints beautifull lables on TDK matt white DVD's with the included software. you can use nero's label making software but you must set the paper type to (epson stylus photo R800 A4) so that it is centered on the disk. All in all the best wide format photo printer I have seen .

Mac Users Beware!
This printer does not print tiled documents from either Indesign or Illustrator. It also is very hard to set the page set up for the printer because the driver written for this printer conflicts with the settings in the print dialog box of the software. I have seen this happen in both Illustrator and Indesign. Very frustrating. I called Epson about this, they told me to call Adobe who told me to call Epson. I'm really sorry I remained loyal to Epson and didn't opt for the Canon.

Amazing printer for photos or art!
I first saw this printer in action when I saw someone turn a digital photo into a digital painting using Corel Painter (seeing the results from that software product, Painter, is what made me start looking at Corel software products for photos) and then printed it out on matte paper. Wow!!! Very impressive! The water color paints were amazing and the colors printed out were so vibrant and realistic, that I had to get this Epson Photo R1800 printer.

Well designed
I've only used this with Evernote Plus and in standalone (writing on paper) mode.I already had Evernote Plus to use on my Sony U750P, which allows inking on the touchscreen.So why did I buy this?Because it's instant-on.Waiting for a PC to start up is a chore for entering little things.

Love it!
I love this cordless keyboard and mouse combination. I wouldn't go back for anything. It is so much more comfortable and easier to type than the standard Mac keyboard that came with my G5 tower. If you don't have it, get it. You'll never regret it.

Perfect wireless addtion to an Intel iMac

Amazing
Incredible. If you have an over the air HDTV antenna, this device will blow you away. The EyeTV software is as good or better than anything else you will find. Recording quality is fantastic. It even will automatically export to iTunes so you can get TV episodes on your iPod automatically. As long as you have a fast enough Mac (dual G5 or Core Duo), you will love it.

I couldn't wait for this product to get off back-order status from Amazon so I went to Elgato's web-site and purchased it directly from the manufacturer (for more $).I could not believe my eyes when I saw the extreme clarity of the digital picture!It was noticeably better than the analog signal AND with the digital side you have control of the contents just like a TiVo (meaning, you can back-up several seconds or pause or go all the way back to the beginning).You lose the TiVo characteristics on the analog side (unless you record the show) but it is still acceptable to use if the station doesn't come in digital form at your location.The hard drive space will quickly become an issue if you record several hour long TV episodes per week.An hour long show will eat up about 7 - 8 GB's on average but this can be cut down 4.5 - 5 GB once you edit out the 16 minutes or so of commercials.
This ain't WinTV!
This product is in a class by itself, but if you have ever witnessed the abomination called WinTV, you will agree that this product is superior in every way.Installation is a breeze (you will not have to reboot the mac, unlike the windoze products), recording is flawless, and the tuner has a great user interface. ... Outstanding tool
After using my Graphire4 tablet for three months, I cannot imagine doing without it. The Graphire4 allows more accurate editing, enhances work flow, and speeds things up -- whether I'm working on a fresh image from my camera or an old one from my scanner.
Left handed - you will love it...
I've bought this item, because I got tired using a mouse for touch up on images I use on my website.The tablet and pen is amazing and so easy to use.Just plug into your USB port and you are up and running.It works with all Windows applications and you do not need to install the software.Best of all it is so slim and light, you can carry it with your laptop anywhere.Overall it took me only 2 minutes to get a feel for it.I first wanted to buy the smaller tablet, but the reviews said go for the lager one.Quite honest the small one probably would have worked just fine since I don't use the entire tablet at all.Just remember the larger the tablet the further you have to move your hand from left to right of your screen.You can define the area of use on the tablet so you do not have to move the entire hand across the surface.One thing that was confusing was the combination pack of mouse and pen.I worried that I cannot use my regular mouse once installed.I'm left handed and the included mouse and pen only work on the tablet.I wanted to use the mouse with the right hand on the right side of the keyboard, and the pen/tablet with the left hand on the left side of the keyboard.It was not clear on Amazon or Wacoms website how this would work.I've called Wacom and they told me that I don't have to use the mouse that comes with it.They merely sell it bundled due to popular request.As a result I use my wireless Microsoft mouse on the right and the tablet with the pen on the left side of the keyboard.Just the way I wanted it.I found out that I can work really efficiently using the mouse and pen at the same time.I don't think a right handed person can do this, unless he/she learns to either use the mouse or the pen with the other hand.Any left handed person will love this.I don't think that this item is only for pros.Anyone that plays a lot with images for websites will love it.Touch up is now fast and easy.

Problem with Borders
This printer literally sits on the same shelf as an Epson 3810 and Canon ip6600D.I also have a Epson RX500 somewhere else.So, I'm making direct comparisons here.
Dismal service
Had to return replacement unit as it was clear it was dropped in shipping and would not feed paper. After many hours running tests and sitting on the phone they agreed to send a 2nd replacement.One area of disappointment was that the number to call for a UPS pickup was for a phone service call-girl. I tried to explain this to HP to no avail. All in all I found the experience disappointing.

Poor Reliability
While I agree the photo quality is outstanding with this printer, mine failed after fewer than a dozen uses. The photo tray stopped feeding 4x6 paper, even after spending $25 on an HP paper feed cleaner designed for this model. To make matters worse, the replacement offer from HP is slightly worse than buying a brand-new HP 8250 printer direct from Amazon. On the plus side, HP customer service was extremely patient while I hunted for my misplaced receipt to prove warranty eligibility (which I couldn't). Ouch! UPDATE: The next day I finally located my receipt, but the 1-year warranty had expired by 10 days. HP would not honor the elapsed warranty and charged me the full replacement amount ($99) for another printer. Pretty chintzy. ... Read more

It's like an unlimited capacity flash drive...
I love this thing! The Kingston TravelLite feels solidly built and is even smaller than it looks in the pictures. Another thing you can't see in the picture is that it has a clip on the back. It also has a hole for attaching a lanyard or keychain, although it does not come with either. I had no problems reading or writing to a 4GB SD card. The SD card door is attached so it can't get lost. The USB cap is not attached, but I find it convenient to slide it under the clip while the reader is in use to avoid misplacing it. The cap also fits snugly so I don't need to worry about it falling off in my purse.

GigE switch that is both FAST and QUIET
Like so many other small home office users, I have recently upgraded my network to 1000mpbs to help increase productivity.Unfortunately, I originally purchased a GigE 8 port switch from another mfg. that used a fan on their switch, a VERY noisy fan.After a month of listening to what sounded like an airplane engine, I tossed that unit and purchased this 8port Netgear GigE unit.It is SILENT.Basically a plug and play item due to its unmanaged nature, I have had good data thru put and no problem.It comes with a small clip on stand for vertical storage if desired.The unit is finished in an attractive gray and chrome exterior.It is also small enough to live on a desktop with sucking up valuable real estate.

Farewell to the $0.01 sheet of stamps.
It's the convenience stupid. Of course the stamps are not free unless someone has a give-away label site and I have not found it. The joy of having the exact postage at the time you print the address beats everything else hands down. I am a long time Dymo user and this continues their tradition of easy install. When I got their email description of this I did not hesitate. My only regret a used Dymo with, I am sure, years of useful life yet that is now unused. On the label question; keep your eyes on eBay. Amazing bargains often turn up.

I recently purchased this item from Amazon. What I received was version 2 of this modem. The current version on the Linksys site is version 4. As a Cox customer, the results of my purchase were unsatisfactory. I will be returning this and purchasing the version 4 Linksys from another vendor.

Great Space
This 1GB Memory Stick gave me over 1500 pictures in my 5.1Mega Pixel Camera.It never ran out of space......and I even had more than enough room for video recording.

File Error
I own a Sony DSC-S40. I had lost my Sony Memory Stick so I thought I'd try this one. I purchased it the end of June and almost every time I take a video and try to veiw it, it will play and at any point durring a video it will stop and say file error. This also causes a problem while I download them onto my pc. Only once had it done this on a picture and I ended up having to delete the picture because it wouldn't download. Extremely reliable!
I've got 2 of these on my home network, and they are able to connect to the wireless lan where other's have failed.I use the WPA-PSK mode, and it works perfectly.Connection is always up.
Excellent Wireless to Ethernet Bridge!
Purchased this bridge to connect our ethernet printer / copier / fax to our wireless network.Setup was quick and simple!I ended up connecting it to a switch to connect a few other ethernet devices as well.Each device was able to properly obtain an IP address from the DHCP server without interruption from the bridge, and the bridge is handling the bandwidth very efficiently!I highly recommend this product for it's stability and easy setup.

Eventually works well
The WET54G has been working very well in wirelessly connecting my MythTV box to the rest of my household. However, getting it configured was much more difficult than it should have been.
