Worth buying
I ordered the product and got it the next day even though it was 3-5 day shipping. I tried writing files to my CD and it did an excellent job. I wrote all CDs without any prob!

Great quality for the price
Sure there are better quality discs out there but you can't go wrong for the price.I bought four 50 pack spindles (it was cheaper to do this than buy the 100 pack spindle) and have had only 1 disc burn with an error which ended up being my fault.No problems playing on any cd player either.

Never loaded it due to the negative comments here.
I just hate the way MS offers a viable alternative that does not cut the mustard out of the starting gate.No wonder Gates has billions.He keeps the money for himself rather then plowing back into key launches of product with a perfect track record out the gate.
Warning - This product comes with daily ads
The "feature" that makes me sorry I bought Microsoft SBA is the "Spotlight" -- a bulleted list of text ads that appear on every major screen, and that download new content on every one of those screens, every time you open the program. These text versions of pop-ups slow the application even more than its already-glacial pace (it's a bigger memory hog than Photoshop or Dreamweaver).You have the option to remove this "content", but on only one of the five screens where it appears. It is beyond annoying -- it's as if you brought a box of cereal, and were forced to listen to a commercial every time you wanted to eat some of it.
Ambivalent feelings
I brought this accounting software to use for basic tasks in my business. The general look appears to be similar to quickbooks. I am used to Peachtree, yet I had no difficulty with the basic navigation.

We check most of the CD's after we make a copy and the maxell cds haven't had a problem at all.

These Maxell CD-Rs are much better than Memorex.For music, it doesn't have any unwanted zzz....sounds like Memorex does, and is like live; for photos, it is vivid and fresh; for data, it copies the information correctly, smoothly.It's a little bit expensive than Memorex brand, but it is worth the money.Highly recommended.

I just bought a 25 pack of these along with my new liteon dvd burner.To bad only half of the cd players in my house can even read them.I dont' think its the lightscribe side thats causing the problem as it doesn't seem to matter if I "lightscribe" them or not.

Best mouse I've ever used
This mouse is perfect size. The buttons on the side are easy to press once you get used to them. Now whenever I use anyone elses mouse I'm always trying to find those buttons! They're very handy to have. Also this mouse moves very smoothly.
Perfect example of form over function, style over substance
My trusty Microsoft IntelliMouse Optical finally wore out, so I bought this one based on Razer's reputation and because it has seven buttons. Alas, inspite of all the claimed technical wizardry, this mouse is absolutely absymal and I returned it pronto.

JVC A Winner with Remote Control Zoom

Great discs for everyday burning!!
I've been using the silver data TDK's for a while now, and I've had no problems, they are reliable and they sound superb. I was buying the white music version, but after using and listening to both, there is no difference, although I have a friend who won't use the silver discs because the package doesn't say music!Pretty silly.
Slow Burn
I too am experiencing the problems of the original post. I purchased the 48x TDK 50 disc spindle. I was sent a 52x 50-pack spindle. So far, no matter the speed about 5 of 25 have successfully burned. Using Nero. I use the much less lauded Verbatims I have that are over two years old, no problems. I do not know what to make of it. Previous to this purchase, I had nothing but glowing reviews for TDK CD-R media.

Excellent video webcam
I looked for a long time for a remote camera to keep an eye on a vacation residence.Reviews of other similar cameras like the Toshiba IK-WB11A were spotty at best especially when using in wireless mode.Panasonic cameras seemed to get good reliability reviews, so when an outdoor wireless-G came out I decided to give it a try.I had some difficulty getting the ports forwarded through my router.The directions are pretty sparse when it comes to setting up your router.I guess there is a fair variability in how each different router is set up.Once that problem was solved it has been rock solid.In the 4 months I have had it running, I only had to reset it once, after a 3 day power failure.Actually, I think it was the router, not the camera that needed to be reset, but I reset everything.It does everything it is advertised to do although I don't use the audio feature.The motion detection feature works better than other webcam security software that I have tried. ... Reached Capacity after 24 MB
Everything has been working fine until six months and 24mb storage bites later, my Kingston 512MB DataTraveler says it's full every time I try to store Word documents. Mind you, it says I have 488 MB remaining so you can imagine how frustrating this experience is. I'll have to buy another flash drive, maybe a SanDisk.
Great Encrypted Storage
I purchased this device because of the current push towards encryption of data at rest. I allocated almost the whole device to the protected zone and am still quite pleased with the speed of the device, even when doing encryption. This is an excellent option for those that need to carry data with them, and may be prone to losing things. Note that US Gov will be requiring encryption on all data (including Unclassified) for use with portable devices. Why not get ahead of the curve.

I'd give itZERO stars if I could
I bought three packs of these disks.They are very cute and have vinal on the front.They play beautifully - that is, if you can burn them!I had to throw out over half of them because they would not burn properly - you could see the defects on the disks.Amazon sent me replacements but I had to throw half of those away as well.Don't waste your money.

Great CD's a little Gimmicky
I guess they're better than the ugly cylinder CD's you can buy in bulk, but the idea of a vinyl cd is kind of weird, but at the same time why I bought them.Don't know if it was specific to the CD's, or my computer at work, but I couldn't get the CD to work on my work computer after writing to it.Also, I could only get 12x write speed on these suckers, my writer is a 52x, so that implies they may be a little slow.

runs like a freezer unit and sounds like it too, does not cool my CPU, only it'self.
I bought this one because my Quad RAID 0 arrey was failing on one of the controllers.my four raptors needed extra power.Now they are fine but the CPU overheats and the mobo exceeds temp of my previous P/S.The power is there but what a dumb design why the offset fans?This trend stinks.I preferr the belly suck fan or a tri fan system.Listed as "having two fans" is not enough. I assumed they all had belly fans for the second fan.not this one.Do NOT buy unless your Mobo is a weird configuration or something and your case has more than on rear fan.
