SIR-BB3 Boombox
Not a bad unit. Good Price, good looking, decent sound. Definitely a must if you want to make full use of your radio unit. Had a small problem when I first tried the box. Only played out of one speaker. I was pretty bummed. Easy fix. Turns out the contacts were dirty on the radio plug. Cleaned them off and worked like a charm.

Don't buy this radio for Sirius Satellite Service...
I've liked using this radio so far, and have used it with Sirius successfully, but I would advise those looking for a new radio and want it to work sith Sirius Satellite service to look at Kenwood, Audiovox or another brand that offers Sirius ready units.I've tried to put back this unit in a new car I just purchased that replaced one that had been stolen (and had replaced this head unit as well), and found that the process of finding a receiver to work with this head unit is near impossible.The CR-SRT100 receiver that is necessary for Sirius service with this unit has been discontinued by Panasonic and is only available at places like Ebay.Also, some of the newer satellite radio antennas like the TERK SIR3 are geared to work with a single input receiver rather than the dual input receiver that the CR-SRT100 is.The splitter necessary to connect these antennas to this hard to find receiver is equally hard to find as well.You will spend a lot of time trying to find these parts if you try goind down the route I did.This isn't a radio that you can just take to Circuit City and have them "install Sirius" one afternoon and be done with it.It won't be as simple as that. Panasonic and Sirius the best choice!

Good Value
These are good middle - high tone speakers suitable for Chrysler in dash replacements. They are very stable at 22 watts RMS and handle 50 watt peaks with clarity.
Major let down
These were simply the most underwhelming speakers I have ever heard. I know the price should've tipped me off but I used to purchase pyle amps and subs back in the day and was the envy of the area when I cranked up the sound system in the firebird, I thought a product that had the Pyle name would perform adequately at worst. Stay away from these speakers, the other functioning factory 5.25 speaker still in my 98 monte carlo sounds much better than these speakers. ... Read more

Mixed Feelings
Replaced an Alpine 18wx4 amp with the Power Acoustik OV4-600 to push my Kenwood 6x9's and Kenwood 6.5's.While I like the features and like the price, there is just something missing.I really expected a boost to my speaker performance because I knew I was underpowered. Well, I got a little more volume but I think the bass output is actually weaker.I think this would be a decent amp to push your midrange and tweeters but I seriously question the 70x4rms @ 4ohms power output that the manufacturer boasts.It's really a good value for the money but I would, at the very least, move up to the 800 if I had it to do again (if not consider a different brand).

Bad Unit. Bad Service.
Sirius sateliete has a problem. I actually like the service and what they offer. But in terms of customer support, they are awful. Ive called day after day after day only to be told that their computers are updating and that they cannot access my account to do any maintinence.....every time they claim..its unscheduled and just an amazing fluke.
Absolute Garbage
I got about 4 months out of this thing.Worse tech support on the planet.Called 4 times and it was a different problem everytime?Unit works for 10 minutes then losses signal.

If it breaks after 30 days, you are screwed! Sirius will not replace it. You will spend frustrating hours going in circles until you give up. The 1 year manufacturer warranty stated in the manual is FALSE! Mine died after 3 months. Prior to that the antenna broke. Very cheap design and parts. So if you want to spend endless hours talking to inept Sirius customer service reps (calls are re-routed to India) then go ahead and buy this junk. Gotta luv it!
I received this unit as a gift and I just love it. The sound is awesome and it looks sleek too! I love the fact that it plays MP3's too. They sound great! I put all my favorites on one disk and it's easy to locate the songs I want to hear. Button placement was a bit challenging at first but can be mastered.
Try another product.....
Frankly I'm disapointed in the product. Usually you can trust Sony but not in this case. The unit is horrible at playing mp3's and they did not even include a pause function. I would check others in the line out careful as they may have the same "engineering". ... Read more

Could have been done better
Overall, this is a nice unit, but one little glitche compel me to take a star from what would normally be a five star rating.The only problem I had was with the docking unit itself, moreso in it's mounting.The mounting kit is an alcohol pad to clean the surface and some double stick tape.That works fine until it gets hot inside the car.Then you find yourself picking it up off the floor at inopportune times and becoming a traffic hazard.I fnally solved the problem somewhat by sticking it on top of the ash tray in my van.It's within reach there, but it keeps me from pushing in my ash tray now.I'd pay extra for a custom kit designed for my particular car.I love the convenience of the docking station, just not the attachment method.
