Decent system
Overall pleased with the mount.It is important to locate the studs.The newer stud finders are very good and makes this process easy without having to drill tiny holes.Once the TV is on the mount, there isn't much space between the wall and the TV to make connections.It is better to have the appropriate connections in place before the TV is hung.If not, you will end up having to make the connections by feel and using a mirror.I hung a 51" Panasonic before making any of the connections.I ended up having to plug in the power cord and cable connections by feel.This isn't a problem if you've got a readily available companion to help lift the TV off of the mount.

It does exactly what it is supposed to!
Right out of the box the directions were clear and concise. The mounting hardware was great. I felt very comfortable putting my new tv on this.

Fits likea 'T'
I bought this mount for my Philips 37" (37PF7320A/37) LCD TV. I think it is an overkill for my TV, since it weighs about 70 lbs. Also, the VESA mount is 200x400. This mount is about the only one that fits my TV. Quite easy to install as well. ... Read more

great stand
We love the stand.It is sleek and looks great with our panasonic plasma. Our only complaint was the delivery was not what was promised by North Star.We paid for expedited shipping and it took from 9/30 to 10/11 to actually get it.We were still charged expedited.They gave us a small credit back due to complaint.If you say you can expedite then do it.If not then make this product regular shipping only.It cost us $100 more and we didn't receive the service we paid for!

A very nice stand
I purchased this Sanus TV stand for my Toshiba 42HL196 LCD television. It fits most wall mountable flat panel TVs with the included hardware. The shelves and the TV mount can be moved up or down on the pole and then secured into place by tightening the hidden bolts. The TV mount its self can also pivot up or down allowing for the best possible viewing angle.

A Necessity For Harman Kardon Speakers
These shouldn't even be a question whether to buy or not. If you get the Harman Kardon HKTS 14 or 8 speakers, get these stands. You won't regret it!!! Unless, of course you are hanging your speakers on the wall. I liked these because they not only lift to perfect height but look so impressive too. I bought two Harman Kardon stereo setups for my house, a AVR 240 and the CP 15 with the AVR 135. I bought four sets of stands because I don't want to mount speakers to wall and these do the trick perfectly. They are very well constructed and the base at floor is heavy enough that you won't worry about them getting knocked over too easily. The wires run up through the middle which is great and bases are slightly grooved up on rear to allow wires to pass through without making the stands sit uneven. They come with rubber feet so they won't scratch my wood floors and if you have carpet, they also come with little spikey type of nails to help them stay put. They are easy to put together that each pair only took 5 minutes to complete. Harman Kardon really does make a quality product both in the receivers and speakers and these speaker stands are no exception.

Awesome quality
I am very pleased with my Harmon Kardon speaker stands. The sleek pewter look with a satin finish blends right in with the hot new silver color scheme sweeping the entertainment industry. Great cost effective addition to any home.

Aesthetically and Aurally you should buy these
The picture does not do these stands justice, they are smooth and cool, with the added functional bonus of lifting the speakers to ear-level so the sound is even better than before you had the stands.

Excellent satellite stand!
These stands are sturdy and easy to assemble. They come with several different platforms for speaker mounts so it should work for just about any satellite speaker, including some proprietary ones. Excellent value!

Good stands
I bought these speaker stands for use with an Infinity TS-1100 system.They work very well with these speakers (there were no reviews beforehand).There were a few minor issues with trying to get 14 gauge speaker wire through the holes so I left the wires hanging (not very appealing to the eyes but it works).

Ordered 2 sets for my Yamaha speakers.Base is black and sufficiently weighted to keep the stands from falling over.Poles are silver which matches the color of my speakers.It doesn't mention in the description but there's 2 stands per box.I would have given 5 stars but one stand had a small nick on the corner where the paint is scratched off.Not a big deal since this one will sit in a corner and won't be seen.Several different brackets to install numerous types of speakers.My speakers can take a screw directly in the back but the screws were too long.I had to use washers to take up the space.These are a good value in my opinion. ... Just what the doctor ordered for your professional Panasonic plasma
Took me about 5 minutes to install the TY-ST08K, and then I forgot all about it. Works like a charm. Obviously I did not get a defective unit as J. Leo, below. One key is to buy from a reputable dealer. On Amazon or Ebay there is the possibility of leaving feedback for the seller, which gives some security towards getting a good unit.
Left post was manufactured improperly
I don't know if it was my specific unit, but the left post (when you look at it from the front) has a screwhole that was not indented.The right post works fine with the 2 screwholes indented.The left post has 1 screwhole indented and another that isn't.Therefore, with the short screws Panasonic provided it cannot reach the crossbar.I'm going to try using some other screws and a nut to finish the job, but I expected more from Panasonic, especially if they're going to charge $160 for a piece of plastic and metal.The item was manufactured in China so what do you expect.

love this product
At first I did not like this stand. After putting all the parts together i was really amazed, It look very nice I love this product. the stand is so stylish and rich with color. The shape and the size of This stand is dull and so technologically advanced. I would have to reccomend this product to the people who would one to make their tvs to look richer and fancier. Samsung is my next ultimate Christmas shopping list

Good solid stand
I bought this stand for about $200 and it is worth it... very sturdy table, and perfect height for my HLR4266W. if I had any complaints, it would be it's a little small, but it's still big enough to handle my VCR and DVD player... on one shelf! that still leaves the bottom shelf for a cable box (if needed) and/or a surround sound receiver.
