IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT TELEZAPPER
Do not buy the TeleZapper. It has essentially been rendered obsolete. This is from an article on Yahoo! News that came out 2/26/03: It works for us
We've had the Zapper for many months. Before it was installed we got several calls a day/evening. The number of calls is down dramatically. Now, the phone will ring and when you pick it up all you hear is the line going dead and a dial tone. Hot damn - zapped another one! It's such a good feeling. But, it won't stop direct dial solicitors, and the beep can be disconcerting to those unfamiliar with the device. Still, we are ever so pleased to have made the investment. The dividends are reaped every night.

Helps, but could be better
This model helped cut down on marketing calls quite a bit, but I still get at least one per night. The new model is a lot better, but I'm not going to buy that one. The state where I live, MN, just got a do not call list, which I think will work better than the Telezapper, old or new. ... Read more

this "booster" was originally sold under the claim that "it's like adding a three foot antenna to your cell phone." well way back then... 5 years ago, cell antennas weren't that great to begin with and this little "sticker" did add a bit more reception to the cell phones of yore. nowadays cell antenna techonology has made antennas smaller and better... but not perfect. adding this "booster" to a relatively new phone won't add three bars to your reception... it probably won't even add one bar, but it does clear up your calls in areas where you have service. this thing isn't going to bend cell towers towards you to increase your calling area, it just holds the signal better in places where you can get service. if you live miles from a tower's sphere of influence this thing won't get you reception at your home, but it will make for a better conversation when you only have one bar.
Forget it!
Tried it on a Verizon Kyocera KX414.No improvement.Paid $10 in the mall.

THE BEST FOR YOUR BUCK!
This headset is far superior to any other headset in its price range. I am hard and rough with it and it never breaks. I have spilled coffee, cola, water, and food on it and it still works fine. I get mad and throw it, no problem, still works. ITS THE BOMB!!!!!!!!!

Great Expectations
Well I thought that if it was Plantronics and it was not their cheapest model then it should function as advertised. Unfortunately after testing it with 2 Verizon LG phones I am sending it back. The ear piece is very big I have to say it was loud enough, but its impossible to fit it comfortably into the ear (and my ears are not small ). As for the microphone it is very bad, people constantly complained that they could not hear me. The mute button is flimsy, you feel like you using 99cent store earpiece. Moreover it adds to the weight of the device thus making it even more uncomfortable. My previous headset which came for free with my Motorola phone functioned much better.

Works well, but wears out fast!
This is by far the best-functioning earpiece I've used.The sound is clear, and it is compatible with every phone I've tried.The mute feature is great for the phone I have now, which for some unfathomable reason does not have a mute function built in (!!!).Back to the headset...It's great, but it wears out quickly.The wire between the microphone and the earbud frayed and wore out quickly, so now, people can hear me talking, but I don't hear them.A little disappointing considering you pay a premium for this product.However, I don't have a better earpiece to recommend.If you do buy, just expect to buy again soon.

Works sometimes, but not others. Won't work with some cell phones
Same as the GN 6210 - I have the lifter with the GN 6210. Sometimes, completely randomly, it just doesn't want to work and I have to run back to my phone to answer it. I must sayit has a good range for Bluetooth, better than my Jabra BT250 (which this is supposed to be the same thing as), but it doesn't answer calls on my Sony-Ericsson phone like my Jabra BT250 does, it will oly work when I make calls or transfer sound. It's nice that it works with both though. Don't leave it in your pocket or it can break, far too fragile. It picks up WAY too much background noise and, like the BT250, it completely useless in the wind. The tech support is not much help, when mine fails to work (about once a week) all they do is make me reset it then re-pair it, which works sometimes and not others. I'm sending mine in for a replacement. If I could do it all over, I would get a dedicated headset for my desk phone (NOT from GN) and a good bluetooth headset for my cell phone. ... Read more
