Monster Cables are Very Very Good
I bought various monster cables and they work great. Most important is a monster S video cable for the cable box or satellite box for viewing regular TV. (Only HDTV boxes have component cables on them) A HDTV is not worth it to me just yet. The Monster Video® 2/Interlink® 250 A/V Connection Kit (S-Video) is great and it costs as much as 2 cases of beer and lasts for years. Prestine picture quality on 35 inch sets and below. For bigger sets get a Monster Super Video(tm) 3/Interlink® 400 MkII Advanced S-Video A/V Kit. You will thank yourself. Costs as much as a dinner for 2 but lasts for years.
Improves the picture quality!
Before I owned this cable I was disappointed with the quality of picture that I was seeing on my HDTV. Though I wasn't very positive about it I decided to go ahead and buy this cable. The picture quality changed by a significant amount! Much better than my cable company supplied cable.

I'll be moving my stereo to the basement
In the spirit of full disclosure, I have to confess that I'm not an audiophile. I'm a music fan, and I'm definitely not the type to be more into his stereo than the music he plays on it.
Happily surprised
I recently purchased the Apple Hi-Fi Stereo inorder to have high quality sound for vacations, outdoor picnics and special events.We ended up using this system as the sole house music system for our children during a move. The quality of sound, the volume available and the ease of use were amazing and well beyond what I expected in this "portable" system.I would highly recommend it. On my wish list, I would like to see a black version and a padded travel case for protection and ease of traveling.

Great remote with a great price tag!
After doing a lot of research, and finally reading slick045's and Justin's review below (the icing on the cake), I decided to go with the 550.I was looking for a simple, cool looking, rectangular remote that could control all of my devices (without breaking the bank).Within an hour, I had the remote working exactly how I wanted (actually, in 10 minutes I had the first iteration of it going).I was suprised that it even had my remote control lights in the online database (3BM, which is not a common brand).I know a lot of people say the software is difficult, but once you spend 15 minutes playing around with it you will figure it out.I am technically savvy but I don't think you need to be with this remote's software...in fact, I was glad it had so much programming flexibility.The only "major" tweak I had to do was remove the delay on the 550 remote for my Scientific Atlanta cable box as there was a noticeable pause when entering channel numbers.I did this by going to "Adjust the delays" for the device and changing the "Inter-Device Delay" from 1000ms to 0ms and walla it was as quick as the original cable remote.I was also impressed how easy it was to set up the activities to do multiple commands at once.Bottom line, definitely a smart buy.As this is my first day with the remote, I will be sure to update if things change, but I really don't think they will.I am a happy customer down from 6 remotes to 1!

A little confusing at first
This remote is pretty nice.It was a little confusing at first to set up but one you got the hang of it, it's very cool.I am pretty good with electornics and I use a lot of logitech equipment.But the web based interface to set up the remote is sloppy, and that's bad coming from logitech.But once you figure out how to set it up the way you want it, it works great.I like the customization, although tricky, its nice having one remote.Even my wife likes it and can work it and she isnt very tech savy.If you have the time to figure out how to set it up, it's a very slick remote and I would reccomend it.

Great Remote, controls everything including my Roomba!
Well, my Sima SUR-20 remote finally died after 5 years, so I had to find a replacement. I decided that I wanted a true universal/learning remote that had more than just a touchscreen. I started my search with Harmony because I have heard a lot of good things about them. My criteria included: learning, full macros, configurable, easy to use for less technologically advanced people,good button lay out, and no rechargeable batteries. This pretty much ruled out the 880, 720, and 890. Honestly, I'm not that big a fan of the peanut shape anyhow. So, my real choices became the 520 and 550. Not too much difference, mainly button layout and device limitations. In the end, I like the 550 layout best.

Not so Good.Latency is another problem
Besides the drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, it also has quite a bit of latency.If just listening to music, it wouldn't matter.I wanted to use itwith my guitar, plugging it into the processing unit.The problem is that there is a second or two delay between playing a note and hearing it in this wireless headphone.Also, the charging lights didn't work at all.

These are great for road trips, T.V., and other stuff. whaen i was getting them i wanted to know how big the transmitter is. it's small. it comes with a plastic thing so the transmitter dosen't hang; wich is the only time when the quality is not so good. it also comes with a elastick/velcro band to keep it from hanging. the charger has a V spliter so you can charg the headphones & the transmitter at the same time. this all fits in a carrying pack that comes with it. at full charg it lasts the same as my ipod. the ears are not to big. Dynamics way beyond the ER-6:incredible performance for the money - if you use it correctly.
I'm on record with a total rave of Etymotic's ER-6 headphones - but the ER-4P is vastly more satisfying.The difference is bass (the most immediately obvious difference).The ER-4p has phenominal bass for headphones - probably state of the art in this reguard.But what makes the ER-4p really special is its amazing dynamics.The soundstage is huge, and sonic textures leap out of velvet silence.It's hard to characterize superb dynamics.Music sounds "bigger".Quiet passages have more presence - and louder passages have more inner detail.Another strength of the ER-4p is that the extra bass energy allows the vibrant treble detail to sound balanced - not strident or analytical (as the ER-6 can sometimes sound).Between the dynamics and the bass, the ER-4p ends up sounding more musical and alive than the ER-6 (and thus virtually every other earphone).There is a touch of mid-bass ripeness - sometimes deep voices like Mark Knopfler sound a little chesty.There's also a downside the huge dynamics - sometimes a touch of congestion can creep in during crescendo peaks.The flip side of this is that quiet passages can have enormous presence and emotional power.Small scale accoustic stuff and female vocalists shine and have amazing presence.Nora Jones, for example, has never sounded better.Big rock doesn't suffer either.The fantastic treble detail and huge deep bass makes both classical and rock really slam.These really are amazing phones.
My Favorite Non-Custom IEM
First off, all the reviewers before me mentioning correct insertion are correct. These things demand a deep fit within the ear canal (espeically for the triflanges) for them to sound properly.
ER-4P - Must be inserted correctly
I just read a review by someone named Laura.If these ER-4P's sounded the same as "earbuds" then you simply did not have them placed in your ears correctly.They MUST BE INSERTED deep into your ears to work correctly.I had a friend who COULD NOT, under any circumstances, use these earphones because she simply did not have the ability to insert them correctly into her ears.She would "put them in", then just stand there while they "just fell out".If you have them in correctly, they CAN NOT just fall out.In fact, it takes some effort to get them out.Once you are able to insert these earphones, CORRECTLY into your ears, the audio that you hear will simply amaze you and you will never settle for anything less.If you are attempting to use the foam inserts, twist them first to make them skinny.If you are attempting to use the rubber tips, wet them first (not with your mouth unless you like ear infections).

Very comfortable to wear for extended calls, and the sound quality from the earpiece is quite good.I have had complaints with my voice being muffled or too quiet, but usually only when the user on the other end is on a speakerphone.I'm on bedrest during a pregnancy so I'm working from home and I needed something to free up my hands so I can work on my lap top while attending con calls.This headset is certainly worth the money I paid, and the flexible boom helps amplify my voice somewhat.

Great hardware crippled by dreadful software
I've had my RM-AX4000 for about six months.The good news is that the hardware is every bit as good as the prior reviews say it is.
Patience during setup really pays off
This remote does its job well. I had eight remotes to control the gear in my living room, and this thing took the place of all of them. I no longer lose them in the couch or forget where I put them last...and it no longer takes me five minutes to set up just to watch a movie or listen to music. Macros allow one button press to turn on (or off) all required equipment and set them to the correct mode. The backlight is pleasant, I like the audio feedback of button presses, and the sheer size of the thing feels good in my hands and prevents misplacement.
Looks Better Than It Works
I was looking for an all-in-one remote.One that I could program most of the functions of each of my remotes onto this one.Well it doesn't quite do it.Also, it doesn't seem to have the remote code for my Mitsubishi 80" Diamond Vision HD Rear Projection TV.I do like the ability to program the device on my PC, save the programing on a file on my PC, then program the remote by plugging in a USB cable into my PC to download the program into the remote.You have to use the button image that they provide on the LCD and you can't create unique button images that match the button on the remote that I am trying to replace.It does have a one button feature to turn on all components and set all components (TV, Cable Box, DVD Player, Home Theater Sound System, etc.) which my wife loves, but it is not easy to program. Trying to program it to change my TV input from Cable Box to DVD player is challenging as you don't really know where the starting input will be.They should have designed it to return the TV input to a default starting location.Why didn't they think of this.If they had taken one home and used it themselves, they would have fixed all of it's short comings.All in all, Sony could have done alot better in designing this unit, but then again, I can't seem to find a remote that works better. ... I read a review that said this product wasn't tested for windows xp. However, having an xp platform, the drivers are automatically installed with no problem, so the compatibility issues shouldn't be a problem.

Terk HDTVO antenna from antonline
I live approx. 80 miles from the HD signal being sent here in Michigan and I put the antenna in a tree about 30 feet.The HD signal is crystal clear and I ended up with about six or seven High Def. signals that I could receive.There are other High Def. signals but the meter scale was to low maybe in the future they will add more HD channels?I was going to purchase a HD antenna that was rated the best but it was only UHF and I wanted one that was both UHF and VHF and the Terk HDTVO was.They also have an inside antenna that is numbered HDTVA.
Now I can record Star Trek in HD!
I wanted a way to record the new HD Star Trek Broadcasts in HD (they air at 3:00am on Sunday in NY).The standard antenna that came with my ATI HDTV card couldn't pull in NBC, so I bought this Terk HD antenna.I tested the antenna outside in the yard and it worked great, pulling in all the NYC HD stations from 45 miles away.I now have the antenna mounted in the attic, and it's still pulling in all the stations even through the roof.I use Beyond TV on my PC and now I have an HD PVR!

I did extensive research on the web before I decided on this antenna. It is rated blue. Based on the information from antennaweb, the stations in my area are all about 40 miles away and require a blue rated antenna. Most of the reviewers liked it too.

This Antenna works better as a non powered antenna then a powered. I had to return mine after a few times moving it around the crimp on the wire gave out and it feel apart. there are better cheaper Antenna you are not getting what you are paying for.

This is a WINEGARD SS-3000. If Terk actually sells this, all they do is mark it up.
I purchased the Winegard Sharpshooter antenna as a somewhat-last-resort for digital TV reception. I had tried a number of amplified antennas, and most of them did virtually nothing or were spotty at best.

I had a Terk indoor/outdoor antenna installed previously. It pulled in most of the available HD channels, but not all of them.I put it in my attic and got the same performance.I set this one up in my living room and it pulls in all of them.And the closer it is to a window the better it works.It's an eye soar sitting here though.I want to see how it works in the attic, but haven't gotten around to getting up there in the summer heat.Since it pulls in signals through windows I don't know if it will work well behind a roof.It's too unsightly in the living room, so if it doesn't work in a hidden spot, I won't continue to use it. ... The strap sucks, and the bag is really heavy
Wow, I can't believe how much I hate this bag.And it was expensive, compared to some of the stuff I passed up.I thought I couldn't go wrong with Targus...but I could and I did.First, the strap is horrible.It keeps getting twisted and I have marks on my shoulder from where it cuts in to it.2nd, it's REALLY heavy.Lastly, there's all these compartments that don't do anything and mostly get in the way.Like the phone add-on.My phone doesn't fit in there, and even if it did, would I carry my phone on my bag?

I am very pleased with the size and storage capacity of this bag.It's very comfortable to carry slung over my shoulder and very spacious.I wouldn't recommend it if you want a small carrying case for just your laptop but if you're a road warrior who relies on lots of accessories and gadgets, this is a heck of a deal.

Just a bigger version of the sync adapter, but useful enough
I bought this just so I could watch my videos on my ZVM while it's in a standing position. I just found out that you can insert the unit even if it's wearing the Flexiskin(if you have one). You just have to detach the protective cover at the top. But overall, very useful for synching and charging, and convenient when watching videos. If you don't want to enjoy the convenience of watching the videos in an upright position, then the sync adapter included would just be enough.

I give it three stars because it works, and it probably will be conveinient to some, but for me it just isn't worth the money.I bought it at the same time I bought the zen vision m (they came in the same shipment).But, I also but a flexiskin case for my player too.This caused the player to be too thick to fit into the docking station, therefore, every time I want to dock it, I have to take the case off.That's a total pain, and I don't want to risk scratching my player, so I usually end up just using the charger and cable that came with the player.So, if you don't have your player in a case, this thing will be good for you, but if you've got yours in a case, its a real pain to use. ... does the job
got this mount as part of promotion with 46 inch LCD. LCD weights over 80 pounds which is not that bad. Hanging the wall plate was relatively easy , but second person would be helpful if you are not handy. If you are putting this mount on the wall by yourself , I wouldn't be relying on the level attached to a mount, but rather level and drill the holes for the screws. Of course, be sure to find the studs first and make sure you can align the holes on the mount with the marks on the wall.

I don't get why other mounts cost twice as much.I bought this to hang my 42" Panasonic and it is great.Can someone tell me why the Omnimount costs so much more?I don't see any "functionality" differences.And with the Mustang Tilt mount, I have been tilting it at least 10 times for either adjustments or disconnecting/reconnecting cables...It is so simple.

This product came with an italian users guide. In addition the specification fails to state the thickness of this wall mount. It turns out its about 3.5 inches thick and with the thickness of the monitor itself it stands out very far from the wall.

The very best of most worlds
I wanted headphones to block out outside sound because I run and take public transit a lot and I want to be able to hear my music while I do these things. I also didn't want to spend very much or buy those huge 'phones that make you look like you came from space. Given my priorities I am sure that I got the best product I could. It's not perfect, but it is really good. Here's how I'd break down my review:
Sounds Great with All Sound Sources, including Music
I have read many reviews from a broad cross section of people regarding the Sennheiser and Koss Models of headphones.I used to be in the camp of "Koss is Boss" but Sennheiser products such as the PX-100 and PX-200 as well as the research I have done on other Senns I hope to purchase soon have led me to believe that Sennheiser is just as Boss as Koss.In regards to the PX-200's, I have to say that there was one review in particular that was so inaccurate that I had to write my own review.Others have commented about a very severe reviewer who said that the PX-200's are great as long as you don't listen to music with them.I must say that this is absolute nonsense and should not be taken seriously by anyone.I first bought the 100's and was blown away by them and then the 200's arrived.(I had also received a pair of the Koss KTXPRO1's before the 200's arrived and they are a wonderful pair of headphones--highly recommended as well.)I tested out the PX-200's and was amazed at how well they played everything I could throw at them, including television, DVDS, video games and yes, Music.I found myself almost in tears as I played Samuel Barber's Adagio for Strings.I had never heard my favourite Adagio with such clarity as I did with the PX-200's as well as the 100's and the Koss KTXPRO1's.As the weeks have worn on, I have found that the 100's have remained unused while I use the 200's a lot.I recently acquired a pair of Koss PortaPro headphones and I think these might actually be a tad better (but less comfortable) but for overall clarity, comfort and quality, you can't beat the PX-200's.They do block out some ambient sounds (I'm pleased and surprised because of their size) but they aren't designed to be noise cancellers as compared to some of Sennheiser and Koss' other larger or specific products.Don't believe the reviews that say the PX-200's have poor musical quality or are uncomfortable.I have a very large head and these phones are great and don't bother me in the least; I've fallen asleep with them on.[...] has great information on all their different products and would be helpful to use for research.I think I'll conclude by saying that like all new things, you need to give these headphones just a little time to get used to and you surely will not regret it!

Great for the price!!
This not only makes bread, also cakes and jelly! I purchased this particular machine because of the low price and high customer review satisfaction. For the price, it's great, albeit it's oversize takes up alot of counter/cupboard space.
