So far, so good
I have several of these units, and so far, they have served us very well. There has been a blackout and surges since I have owned these units, and there has been no problem with any of the appliances attached, to date. Let's hope things stay that way.

Was happy, not now
I was happy with this surge protector until last night when we had a power surge. Using this unit properly (phone inputs/outputs, etc.) still allowed the power surge to damage my modem.

If you have alot of electronics and computer equipment, this is theproduct to buy. It offers you 10 outlets for even the hard to placebulky plugs that usually takes up at least 2-3 outlets near it. Not much to say about it -- it's a cable, and it conforms to the HDMI spec, and it works just fine.I can't really understand why other brand HDMI cables are so expensive -- it's a digital signal being carried, so shielding isn't really an issue.Save some money and get this. ... Read more

Pretty good for A/V cables
These cables are definitely worth the money.My 27" TV had cheap A/V wires hooking up the cable box to the television.When I bought a new 32" TV I couldn't understand why the picture quality was inferior to the older tv that we had.Well it turned out to be the cheap cables that we were using.The 32" tv showed the imperfections much more than the 27" tv.But after we got these cables wow was the picture clearer and the colors more vibrant.If you don't have an S-video port or component cables, I definitely suggest going with these high quality A/V cables from monster. ... works and seems solid
I have a ATSC settop box, w/DVI and an old 17" analog LCD panel.I set the ATSC settop for 720p (1080i doesn't work for obvious reasons), connected the VGA with this converter to the DVI and it works fine.I just had to set the settop to 4:3 aspect ratio, sides are cut off of course.

Notebook Case
I just received this case today. I am very pleased that I will be able to carry even my largest books to school as well as my laptop. This case is huge! I did purchase a sleeve for my computer because it was not as padded as I would have liked, but I love the fact that I do not have to carry two bags to class anymore!

holds large laptop, but too complicated
I bought this for a 17" company-issued laptop; the over the shoulder bag was too much for one side.I like it - inexpensive and much nicer than the standard Dell bag.

Lots of space! Fits my 17 inch HP beautifully even after I put an extra 11 x 17 x 1 hunk of foam in it. I wanted just a little more protection. Works - Kinda - Not all the Time
This product does work, kinda, and not all of the time.I have found that if you leave your computer on for long periods of time that is seems to forget that it is there and stops functioning.This seems to happen about evey 8 hours.So, I would deffinately NOT recommend this for a person that leaves their computers on for long periods of time unattended.Read more

Causes unacceptable ghosting
In order to rearrange my computer equipment, I needed something longer than the original monitor cable to connect between the CPU and monitor.I found this cable and ordered it, thinking it would do what I needed.After receiving the cable, I quickly learned that it causes ghosting on the monitor, something that does not happen with the original cable.The manufacturer, Tripp-lite suggests changing the resolution or refresh rate, neither of which would be acceptable to me.I would like to see Amazon revise their description of this item and tell people that it may deteriorate the performance of their monitor.

Good Quality. Needs better thumb-screw design.
As the title states, the quality is good/excellent. No ghosting. Excellent contrast. Crisp text. At least as good as the cable that came with my monitor.
