1-0 out of 5 stars Leaves a lot to be desired
I got this case because I am one of those people who is still attached to having paper and a pen/pencil.While it does have room for a small tablet this causes the case to be too tight on the PDA and as a consequence it is always on.Adding credit cards and other forms of ID exascerbate this problem further. There is also nothing to hold a writing utensil in place. There is one elastic loop meant to hold the stylus and nothing else will fit.

I finally gave up and went back to using the case that came with my Visor.

2-0 out of 5 stars Too Bulky
The craftsman ship of this case is just fine, the quality of the leather is fine grained and buffed to a medium polish -- so how come I don't carry it?It's too bulky. The case is padded which makes it nice to touch, but with my Palm IIIc inside it's over an inch and a half thick which makes it a real handful and not why I went to a PDA. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Got me there when I needed to be there.
Right on accuracy.Ostia software has it's ups and downs but all the GPS units take some getting used to.The biggest issue is how to enter your destination. Ex.North Seneca St. or N. Seneca St. or Seneca St, N.Eventually you figure it out.No problem w/the blue tooth and my HP IPAQ 4705 works well with it but at times when restarting you may have to do a soft reboot. For approx. $300 you can't go wrong.Make sure you get the new Ostia Software version 7.The updates should be worth it.I especially like the auto re-route if you miss the right turn.It really does get you there within 3 meters.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great GPS - Lousy Map software
I have used both this bluetooth model and the older cabled one with my iPaqs (3600, 3800, and 5555). The bluetooth model works like a charm with my 5555. I have never lost connection between the iPaq and the GPS, However the software (mapping program) is without a doubt a piece of junk. I have talked with a Pharos tech and he aqreed that is not very user friendly. It is like they finished making the GPS device and then said oh oh we need a mapping program and just threw one togeather.

Definitly buy this device but wait for MS Streets and Trips next version which is suppose to support Turn by Turn voice commands on the PocketPC's. (heck they might even package the pharos with the software. Hint Hint. Nudge Nudge). ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Only for smart people
I've been using this pen for a half-year.It's unlike other pens in that you have to hold the pen horizontally for it to correctly select the pencil, stylus or red/black ink pen you wish to use.It also a comfortable pen to hold while working with the pocket pc....much better than the toothpick stylus that came with my pocket pc.I'm actually here online to purchase one for a friend.

Once you realize you have to be smarter than the pen, you'll enjoy this 4 in 1 Stylus.

1-0 out of 5 stars Bad Buy
I thought I would use this pen as a replacement for my Belkin 4 in 1, Bad Bad idea. The black started peeling off within a week of having this stupid pen. Black and Red ink is no good (fade away). Stay away from this pen.

3-0 out of 5 stars Not so bad once you figure out the trick to using this pen
Another reviewer indicated that you have to hold this
pen horizonatally to get reliable device changes. This
seems to be the case.My stylus/pen did not have any
mark on the end that you click so I put one on with
a permanent marker.I found that as long as this mark
is "up" with the pen horizontal, I get reliable pen
changes.Perhaps this stylus/pen relies on gravity to
work. While quirky, this is not an issue once you
figure out the trick.I've not had this long enough
for the paint to peel yet.I got this on sale for
$3.99 and I'm happy so far at that price. ... Read more

    5-0 out of 5 stars Useful Add-on
I've been very satisfied with this keyboard, although I almost didn't get it after reading the reviews.Thankfully, I got it anyway!I'm a touch-typist with large hands, and I've been able to use it without having to look down very often. My fingers are able to get around to the keys well, but as another reviewer mentioned, some keys are in different places, like a notebook computer.

The unit folds down very compactly, which makes it easy to slip into a pocket or just tote along with the iPAQ.

My co-workers who also have iPAQs are very jealous of my keyboard, especially when I type in business cards or take notes in meetings.Highly recommended!

4-0 out of 5 stars Space Bar Correction
Initially when I bought this product I had experienced the same space bar issue I read about later.I liked everything else about it.I was within warranty so I returned it for another, and this one works perfect.I like it much better than the infrared models and its extremely handy for meetings. HP gave me excellent service on this as well.

5-0 out of 5 stars Best Item for my PPC

5-0 out of 5 stars When you need it, its there in the car to do its thing.
When the battery runs down while in the car ... I listen to mp3s as my car radio doesn't work and the music is better with ear phones anyway ... you are just stuck with a dead iPAC until you can get it to the cradle ... unless you have this really useful charger stored in the glove compartment.Just plug one end into the cigarette lighter and the other end to the iPAC and you are back in business again, whether listening to music or just needing the iPAC fully charged for that important appointment.A great accessory!

5-0 out of 5 stars Dont leave home without it.
The batteries fizzle on the ipaq pretty quick. You'll need
this to keep a fresh charge.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very nice.

1-0 out of 5 stars Its just the same carger as comes with the cradle.
As the titel says, this appears to be exactly the same charger that comes with the cradle. The reason for only one star is, like the cradle adapter, the end where it plugs into the iPAC is two pieces. The end of the cord is terminated with the round plug that will plug into the Cradle. That then plugs into an adapter which actually plugs into the bottom of the iPAC.What this does when all hooked up is produce this huge "thing" attached to the bottom of the iPAC.

I bought the AC Adaptor so I can read in bed at night, using Microsoft Reader, without running the battery down.Having this huge charger attachment sticking out the bottom of the iPAC is a real bother and agrivation, as it alters the "feel" of the iPAC and just generally makes me mad.I only use it when I have to, when the battery goes too far down from reading a particularly long time and I want to keep reading.Otherwise, it just collects dust.On top of it all, it isn't necessary and you can save yourself some money, as one can just use the AC adaptor for the Cradle as it is identical in every way to this item.

5-0 out of 5 stars Very handy product, picture shown is old
There's nothing wrong with this adapter.Period.(Except the packaging is a little hard to open- well, maybe really hard).
The picture shown in the description is not what this looks like- the adapter to plug it in directly to the handheld can come off if you want to use a cradle or keyboard to charge your handheld.I bought an Ipaq 5455 and it's the same adapter that came with it.Very handy to have for any PocketPC owner. ... Reviews (59)

3-0 out of 5 stars Best cheap earbud, but not stereophile
Even the "you get what you pay for" posts might admit that the MX-500 may be the best inexpensive earbud product out there. With a full high range, a surprisingly rich middle, and satisfactory lows, the sound actually eclipses the iPod earbuds. (In fact, some feel getting these as a replacement is a "no-brainer."

At this price, one shouldn't of course expect stereophile quality; I love the trebly sound, but I have to confess that the sound can get a bit fatiguing. Also (as noted elsewhere), the cord is rather short, and the buds tend to get dislodged rather easily.

All in all, the MX-500 offers a superior value for a cheapie earbud, but it won't convince you that your earbud upgrade path is done quite yet.

4-0 out of 5 stars Best sub $20 earbuds
Clear sound, good base. The volume switch is convenient. My only complaint is that the foam bud covers tend to fall off easily (e.g. when you store the ear bugs in your pocket) so there's a good chance of losing them. The foam covers *do* make a difference in sound -- depending on your ears you'll either perceive it as more base, or slightly muffled base.

5-0 out of 5 stars Great sounding earbuds
These earbuds provide excellent sound quality.Individual instruments and vocals are easy to distinguish; the sound is NOT at all muddy (like it is from the RCA HP150's I tried before buying these).Bass response isn't overwhelming, but it's there, enough for me.If you want a set of earbuds with great sound and don't require thundering bass, you'll be happy with these. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars Easy to use with iPaq
I should have bought this a long time ago.I have had my iPaq for almost 1 year and finally bought this.Wow - it is so cool. Works very well with MS Pocket Streets. After seeing how this works, I can not imagine why anyone would pay $1000+ to buy a car with built in nav system.

5-0 out of 5 stars A great Bluetooth GPS receiver!
This product delivers exactly what it's advertised to do.I'm a Mac person and found it to be compatible with all of the available software (Route 66 for example). The Bluetooth implementation likewise is very compatible with OS X.One thing to be careful about is to follow the serial port setup advice (see www.66.com support notes for a clean procedure to get it working).

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Product - Terrible Support
As far as the product goes - this is incredible.Imagine something the size of a credit card and 1/4 inch thick being able to be tracked by a satellite. My Ipaq 2215 bonded quickly and effortlessly with this receiver - it was so easy to set up.

This was my first gps purchase, so obviously I had many questions. You have to register the product to ask a question via email and two weeks later - I still haven't received a reply to my questions.

For $150 more you can buy the nav pack - which the only difference is you get the software.I originally bought that but the maps weren't up-to-date so I returned it and bought this.I use MS MapPoint 2004 as my mapping software now and it works great. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars It even has a name...
My girlfriend called my HP iPAQ h2210 "Clara"... I like it and I love my handheld, it's very usefull.

I use the Bluetooth connectivity every single day, I have a Bluetooth headset, a Bluetooth cell phone so I can make phone calls from my iPAQ's Contacts List while my phone stills on my pocket and answer calls with the headset as well. Also, I can transfer files from my iPAQ to my desktop computer thru bluetooth and synchronize it, connect to the internet via Bluetooth thru my desktop computer, send SMS... you name it.

Also it has the NEVO program so you can control your TV, Hi-Fi, VCR and even learns new codes.

    Highly recommended...

4-0 out of 5 stars Powerful and Reliable
I bought this IPAQ after doing much research.I wanted a Pocket PC, and knew that I needed to keep it very small. This IPAQ has met all of my expectations.I have used it for a year now, and plan to use it for at least another 18 mos. before I consider upgrading to newer technology.

If I could do it again, I would at least look at pocket pc's that have built-in keyboards. When I originally compared these, I didn't think I would use that functionality much. After using it my stylus for a while now, I think I would prefer a keyboard option.

I have had not problems with my IPAQ and it does everything it is supposed to do.

4-0 out of 5 stars Good Feature/Price ratio
I have owned this PDA for about 6 months now.
The battery life is far superior to the iPAQ3XXX series PDAs!
I can use this off and on for a few days straight without having to recharge.
Aside from battery life, it seems to be very fast and responsive compared to my Toshiba Genio. Another major selling point was the Dual memory slots-Compact Flash and Secure Digital.
Aside from the features mentioned above, I also am impressed with the form factor.Although it is not quite as slim as the 4XXX series iPAQs it is still among the smallest and sleekest PDAs that I have seen.

    Complaints:
This does not run PPC 2003 2nd edition : (
PIM info disappears if batteries go dead.iPAQ FileStore utility does not prevent this...
I had a CASIO that kept all PIM info and settings even after a week with a dead battery (vacation).

Overall This is by far my favorite PDA yet!
