very disappointing
I am really disappointed by this clock. It doesn't look much like on the picture. It looks like a very cheap plastic clock. From the picture that is shown here I had something else in mind.I will return it.

Great product
Sony's technical expertise is Boss. The user-interface is intuitive; I haven't had to look at the manual.

But when I bought a SECOND one for my girlfriend, it was the floor model and didn't include the manual. (...)

Can't read the Clock!
If you are buying this for an alarm clock, not being able to read the time may be a problem.

Sadly, Badly designed
The features advertised for this CD clock radio made it seem like a solution to my disappointment with similar models in the genre. It has a digital tuner, large display, plays CD/R/RW, and the Sony Mega Bass system.Well... it has a digital tuner indeed with very poor sensitivity on FM (even with endless tries with the little antenna), no reception on weather and that you have to repeatedly press the "band" button to find your presets.The display is nice if you can read it; you must be directly in front of and slightly above, or it disappears. The CD functions are very good, but the sound is rather muddy, made worse by the Mega Bass and postioning of the speakers.The styling is odd, and while it may have a small footprint, it takes up a lot of room as it swells up to the concave CD lid. The labels on the buttons are unreadable thanks to a "mirrored" background behind the plastic front.The alarms are pretty useless; the buzzer is very soft, and one can't go to sleep with soft music without the radio/CD going off in the morning at the same soft level. Far too many design defects are incorporated in this model to use it for any purpose! ... Read more

Kodak's first ultracompact, weatherproof camera, the Advantix T700 zoom camera is constructed with multiple rubber seals around the control buttons, film and battery doors, and the lens to keep moisture out of the body and the lens. Mediocre
I really liked this camera the first year I had it.The pictures were good, it was very convenient... but a few days after the one year warranty had expired, the camera started to rewind the film after just one or two pictures and sometimes freeze up (the lens wouldn't retract).It is currently at a repair shop.Another downside is the high cost of APS film and development.

i hate this camera
I took this camera with me on many a college a adventure and after shooting 3 roles that got progressively worse I'm fed up with this shoddy crap. the only pictures that come out are indoors with decent artifical light and outdoors, but not bright. It won't take pictures in the dark, they shouldn't even tempt you with the different shutter options, none work. I even sent my camera in after the lcd broke. they wouldn't replace it but they did send me back a role of test pictures that for some reason were all perfectly developed, i wish i knew what camera they used...

Lemon!
I received this camera as a gift in January.It has already been back to Kodak once for repairs, and now it is going back again - for the same problem!After I load a new roll of film in it, it takes one picture & automatically rewinds the entire roll.Very frustrating.Picture quality is OK, but have only successfully been able to shoot 3 complete rolls of film since January because of it's quirky film problem. ... Terrific Value and Quality
I got this iron a week ago and wish I had more ironing to do! I had been using an iron that I have had for about 10 years and boy should I have bought this one a long time ago! I used to dread ironing. This iron has me searching for more wrinkled clothes to iron!<br /> <br /> It is lightweight, easy to use. Very smooth ironing and perfect steam control. The burst of steam function works wonders for ironing in creases -- and eliminates the need for spray starch or sizing spray.<br /> <br /> It has a self clean function that, although I have not had it long enough to need yet, will be a great feature to have!<br /> <br /> I definitely recommend this to anyone who hates to iron and needs a new iron!

Excellent Rowenta
I purchased this iron because I was tired of getting Black and Deckers.I must say, I am very pleased with the performance of this iron. The wrinkles come out the first time without having to go behind myself to remove excess wrinkles.You also are able to iron easy without applying much pressure unlike most irons. I highly recommend this iron, it is definitely worth the price.

Drip, drip, drip arrrrrrgh!
I bought into the whole Rowenta name thing.I got the Rowenta Actipress home, read the directions, re-read the directions (I've never paid so much for an iron in my life, wanted to get it right). Yes, stainless steel soleplates are lovely and glide and hover all over your clothes. But, as I finished the final sleeve of my hubby's XL Linen shirt ...drip, Oh did I hit the mist button, no checked that, drip, drip, leak, drip. Before the ironing was over 2 almost finished linen shirts had to go into the laundry again because of the water marks ugh! I HATE that! So, I returned the Rowenta and got the T-Fal diffusion iron also with 1400 watts, approx. the same weight,and a nice smooth soleplate that emits thesame amount of steam for HALF the price and NO DRIPS!

By the way, with the RowentaI tried everything in the directions, turning up the heat, using tap water- then using half and half as the directions advise if you have hard water --nothing helped this thing just drips and leaks. ... Read more

Love them!
When I got married in 2002,we had these on our wedding gift list. We got them and use them almost everyday. They are really great quality, and they are really strong. I have used them to hold my laptop, to hold my sewing machine, eat dinner while watching TV, paint. They are really very nice, and they hold up well over time. Be sure to wash them off daily or after use or they will hold stains. (Just a warning!)

One of the best value items on the site.
These TV trays really are a great, great buy. They are extrememly high quality, heavy, real wood items. They look really awesome and have a wonderful smooth finish. The neutral colouring means they will look good in almost any kitchen or living room. The trays themselves come already assembled and the hanging rack took only five minutes to put together.

When in use they arent in the slightest bit wobbly and have enought room to hold a large plate - drink, tablewear and condiments. When not in use the whole set is so compact it really doesnt take up much room at all. These are so nice that even if you dont use them too often I actually thing they add a decorative improvement to the kitchen! If this set were $100I would not thing them overpriced so at $32.00 it really is a steal!

I PURCHASED THIS PRODUCT ABOUT 3 YEARS AGO AND I HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT TROUBLE.I HAD TO BRING IT TO GET REPAIRED AND WAS TOLD I DIDNT FLUSH IT OUT.I BROUGHT IT HOME AND NEVER USED IT FOR AWILE. I TRIED TO USE IT THE OTHER DAY AND IT IS STILL BROKEN. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE.

Excellent cleaning, very easy to use
I bought this machine about 6 months ago and use it all the time.It does a great job of cleaning up baby, dog, cat and husband messes.Mud, vomit, diarrhea, urine, food, milk... you name it, it can clean it up... and quickly too. I store it with the tank full and ready to use.It heats the room temp water to very hot water in about 30 seconds.Easy to fill, easy to empty, easy to use.It is compact and sturdy. A great product I recommend.

Worth Every Cent
I love, love, love this machine.It is amazing.I have owned mine for 2 months now, and have cleaned my stairs, my toddlers accidents and spills, my vehicles, old carpet stains...sigh...I am in heaven.Everything smells so wonderful when you are done cleaning it, better than new!This is definitely worth the extra money to have the heated water option, because we all know that heated water cleans better.The rotating brush just rocks...pay the extra $10 for this model over the older ones.You will never be sorry for buying this item!! ... Very disappointed
I am not a mop person, I hand scrub all of my floors. I feel like Mops just move dirty water around. When the Floormate came out, it looked like it would be a great thing. It would actually scrub my floors and suck the dirty water back up, and I wouldn't have to hand scrub every week.
We have 2 large dogs with long hair, and 3 kids under 6. I found the vacuum feature to be completely worthless.Not enough suction, clogs easily. I'd still have to use my regular sweeper first before scrubbing. It just doesn't scrub hard enough. We have a white vinyl floor in the kitchen, and it just doesn't get it sparkling clean. If there is a spot of something grimy on the floor, I have to stand there with the Floormate for afew minutes and keep going over it.
I still have the Floormate but rarely use it anymore. It's actually quicker for me to scrub the floors by hand, and they get much cleaner. It's okay for between scrubbing touch ups, but that's about it.

Fantastic new gadget!
My entire house is hard floors (hardwood, tile and linoleum) and for a long time I couldn't even stand to walk around the house in bare feet because I never felt like the floor was clean. The hardwood floors had been covered with carpet for 30 years before I moved in and all that caked on and set in dirt never seemed to go away. As much as I like for things to be clean, I HATE to clean. The Floor Mate has been a godsend for me! I can use the Floor Mate without sticking my hands in dirty water, but still get that "mopping on your hands and knees" clean - and in half the time! I love the fact that you can dry vacuum, wet scrub and wet vacuum at the touch of a button with one machine. AND by the time you get halfway across the room, the first part you cleaned is almost dry.

One of the best parts of this is that not only does it work well but this sucker is easy to clean! The tanks snap on and off and all you have to do is rinse them out and snap them back on. The thing is clean and ready to be put away in 5 minutes.

Another thing I worried about was whether or not it would leak. With hardwood floors you don't want to set a vacuum in the closet if it's going to drip because it will damage the floor. Somehow this machine does not drip once it's been emptied. I do use the wet vacuum as the last step before I turn it off so I suppose that helps.

Long story short, I think the Floor Mate is wonderful and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a clean floor but doesn't want to do it the hard way!

Four and a half stars really...
I use my floor mate on vinyl kitchen flooring and I have to agree with the positive comments already given by the other reviewers.I won't bore you all to tears by saying the same thing in some new way.What I do want to mention is that I only give this thing 4.5 stars because the dry vacuum mode is not all that great.If you have a few crumbs in the middle of your floor this will pick them up no problem.If you have a few crumbs around your baseboard or in the corners (as many of us do), this thing will drive you mad as you try unsuccessfully to pull those crumbs.Eventually I give up and sweep with a broom first and then use the scrub/wet vac settings to produce a very clean floor.Its a small complaint but one I though worth mentioning.If the vacuum power on this thing were a bit stronger, it would easily be 5+ stars! ...
